  I used Lending Tree to get 4 quotes on refinancing my house. Russ Schlehuber and his helper Mat Thomas were very responsive and they understood I wanted to save at least $300 per month on the mortgage payments. I was able to save more than that and they kept me informed along the way. I closed last Monday.

  Great experience working with Alyssa Danese. She was very helpful and responsive throughout the mortgage process. We called her and asked for a very short turn around time. She went over and above to meet our timeframes. Overall she helped make a stressful process better. Thanks to her our escrow closed timely.

  My agent Tiago Maia was very professional, answered all my questions, and was very responsive to my needs. The process went well and very fast. Informative documents came quickly and were easy to understand. I had nearly daily contact with Tiago to assist in every way. The loan was processed quickly and was the easiest by far for me and my wife. Thank You!

  Worst managed company ever. Robocalls never end even though I have blocked ever number they have contacted me from. I initially contacted Jason V. Supposed Owner? Someone else followed up, understandable. I was told I clearly do not qualify. The calls, emails and texts just won't stop now as they keep trying to solicit my business. I even spoke to someone to put me on their do not call list and they politely agreed. I know some of this is a part of doing business in today's atmosphere, but they are OVER the top making them look like a disreputable scam force!

  Robert did a great job with our loan. He always kept up updated on the process and I always knew what was going on. Most of all he closed quickly and without any set backs or delays. It was a smooth and easy process from start to finish!

  I refinanced my home loan this spring, and the whole experience was excellent. My loan officer, Yan Borges, was professional, proactive, and extremely responsive. (I nick named him Mr. 24x7.). Despite a lot of extra work caused by covid-related investor jitters, I didn’t lose my rate lock, and my loan funded smoothly. Yan has also been available to help with / expedite a post closing issue unrelated to Prospect. I highly recommend Prospect Financial Group and Yan Borges in particular.

  Russ was awesome! I was able to refinance my current loan and cut 7 years off of my payment schedule! He was able to do the entire process via email and was always there with an answer to any questions I had!

  Coby and his team at Prospect Financial are incredible. I am a repeat customer and every time this process gets easier. Great communication and execution refinancing my current home.
