  My husband and I stopped by today and got a beautiful gold cross necklace for me and then went back and traded an old family trumpet for a power washer. They have good prices and the staff is very courteous and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something nice for the one u love or for good prices on things u need.

  Bought something at there old building and they told me they were moving and will have a all new section of coins and to come look when they move. Well I went and they had nothing and said it's not worth it to sell anything because of prices? That's what a premium is for. Won't be going back here as they lured me back here for nothing. And prices didn't even go down since then. Good luck in business.

  This is hands down the best pawn shop I’ve dealt with. I have dealt with a few across the country. Henry might not say much, but he’s really nice. These guys are great at reminding you if you forget about something. They also have some great stuff to buy as well. I bought some items almost brand new, but about 60% off. I’d check here before buying something brand new.

  Gem City Pawn & Loan is no ordinary pawn shop. The owner actually cares about his customers and is very very frendly, he treats people like family. He has great deals on all his items and dosnt try to price gouge like most places do. I won't go anywhere but this pawn shop for pawn shop needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, it deserves a 10.
