  The only reason for 1 star is that their drive up ATM literally never works. I always have to get out of the car and go inside. Very very aggravating.

  Had a great experience opening new accounts with Ravshan. We are new to the area and it was nice to have friendly customer service and debit cards printed on the spot!

  They want you to link your phone to them with a QR code to just set up an appointment ..no thanks, I'll do my banking with someone else.

  Horrible bank! The lady in front of me was able to get her check cash without being a pic member. My WHOLE family (including myself) bank with PNC and I was advised that they could only cash one of my checks. WTF? I have NEVER had this issue! I will definitely make sure my family, dad mom, grandma etc etc pulls our money from your shady bank.

  Came into this location to open an account and was turned around with no explanation!! I am hurt about this!! I called corporate on the two woman who were involved which is Cindy & Terri Bauer, between the both, they made me feel so low and like nothing all because I wanted to open up a simple banking acct. I am aware of the nature of englewood but did not know it was this bad! I wish I could give this branch 0 stars

  Terrible service at the window.. Very rude 50ish lady ....was only cashing a small refund check. Waited 20 mins to get to window and then took another 10 mins to cash the check. I don't think she could count. Glad I do online banking. Can't deal with STUPiD

  My husband has surgery tomorrow when I deposited checks today I didn’t not receive my Id or my bank card back now the branch is closed and they can do nothing about it. My number is on file with this branch and no one thought to look up my information and let me know they didn’t return my cards.

  This is by far the least friendly PNC I've visited. Almost everyone I interacted with seemed like they were annoyed with having to help me. Rosemarie Freed, was especially unhelpful and seemed to not care to help me, a 10+ year PNC customer.

  Costumer service at the Englewood branch is exceptional! Cindy always goes above and beyond when she helps me.
