He went above and beyond and made the impossible possible when many brokers would have given up. Not only did he work hard to get this single, self-employed mom a loan for a home to provide stability, but he was also able to negotiate a very great rate!   I’m a licensed agent. My father was in the loan biz for decades and now focuses on reverse mortgages for seniors. I know this space. I, personally, had a couple difficult loans to process and I’m convinced that without Tyler’s help, we would not have gotten these loans through. Sitting on the sidelines for nearly a decade... watching everyone else capitalize on these once in a lifetime rates... it took a true pro like Tyler to get our loans through. There are lots of mortgage brokers out there. There are only a handful of brokers with Tyler’s experience and expertise.
