      Always 6-7 customers in line with only one teller attending and 2 managers and 2 personal bankers in the lobby standing around. An average of 25 minutes wait each time.

      If I could, I’d give it NO STARS.. Clerks = incompetent Bankers = incompetent Manager = MOST incompetent Worst experience: Had an APPT for (an escrow) wire - waited 1.5 hrs still! WHAT, WHY?! Same time, an elder lady had an appt too. She was on an OXYGEN tank — she waited as long as she could, but left because she was RUNNING LOW ON AIR! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? Last straw incident: Need a copy of the same wire from incident above. Can’t print online. I come in, get inline, banker tells me they can’t help and I need to talk to a manager. I waited for an hour, “for a printout?” If big banks wonder why they’re hated, THIS is why. You continue to perform subpar and I regret ever being a part of your business. Thanks for all of the headaches BofA (Should be named BofS, as in Bank of BS)

      Worst bank and policies ever! Tried to cash a check drawn on my fathers estate and they would not cash because against their policy unless I was their customer! Discriminatory! Rude! If I choose not to use a bank or financial institution that’s my business. If I’m forced to open an sound it certainly won’t be with them!

      Horrible bank that obviously cares nothing about reviews or its customers. EVERY time I am there there are 10-15 people on line and 2 tellers. There are 10 other employees walking around including a Greeter!?!?! Manager needs to be replaced quick Chase here I come.

      Typical Bank of America. Only one open per city maybe and the line is out the door and around the corner with two tellers working. Chase, Wells Fargo and others haven't closed as many branches as BofA due to covid. Hire more tellers and open more branches.

      "BANK" -Not really! Tryied cashing a check, they want to charge you $8 just to get your money!! Business banking is worst!! Workers behind, Counter did their, best nice friendly, but the 'rules' of the corporation make this the worst bank to work with. They wont be in business much longer, get out while you can!!

      Wow I came to this bank and they charged me $10 to cash 2 checks that belonged to a customer of theirs. I also had to wait while they verified the funds. I am really dumbfounded at why they would charge a non Bank of America customer a fee to cash their customers check! Where is this money going, extra labor to cash the check. I have a business account with Wells Fargo and that's just another reason why I won't ever leave my bank. If they ever thought I would ever switch over to b of a they just blew it by nickel and diming me to cash one of their customers checks.

      Very helpful staff! This particular branch was able to provide the customer service I needed and in a timely manner. I had come from the branch on Winchester Road where I received no help and left without being able to complete a simple deposit. Night and day difference between the two branches!

      Wost bank ever. They shut down accounts for no valid reason offering no answers. Not even answers through customer service or going into a bank. Employees refuse to answer phones. Ive never had issues banking in my life until i signed up for bank of america

      Ive been coming here since this branch opened, Sure, there is a bit of a line, but you don't wait more than 5 minutes. I wait longer in Starbucks but I think people just see a few people ahead of them and get angry without thinking about how quick it goes. The people here are friendly and they want to help you. I'm always greeted, the people are friendly and I've been with them since 1978.
