  My wife and I are certain that engaging Gavin as broker for the sale of our apartment made the process the painless success that it was. We learned of his services through a friend who has experienced and witnessed many happy transactions through his brokerage. First-time sellers, we needed an agent who could direct us but also listen, guide but be flexible. Gavin and his team were entirely up to the challenge, offering advice about timing, assistance with service providers, aesthetic suggestions, and taking care of myriad details leading up to the listing our apartment. Without being suffocating he was completely involved, even sharing household items from his own home to help present the residence at its most inviting. When offers came in after the first showings, he offered wise counsel and helped us achieve a price with which we were completely satisfied. He continued to share his knowledge and insights through the closing. Gavin was always available, communicative, utterly professional, honest, and considerate. Our sale is now complete but we hope our interactions with him are not, as he has become a friend. We recommend him enthusiastically and without reservation.

  Gavin helped us navigate the NY housing market every step of the way as first time home buyers. As you can imagine, we were very intimidated and weren't familiar with the process.   Enjoyed working with Gavin on purchasing a condo in Brooklyn. It was quite a daunting process as a first-time homeowner, but Gavin was patient and polite throughout the whole process. He was happy to answer the multitude of questions I had ranging from coop to condo or what mortgage lender to consider. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism throughout the whole process about what to look for and what to expect. Gavin exhibited excellent follow-through, and he set up appointments for showings immediately. He also didn't pressure me to choose anything I was unsure about and was an excellent guide to allow me to make an informed decision. I was ultimately able to find a place that had everything I was hoping for, and more quickly than I expected, and I am very happy in my new home!
