  We worked with Pam and she was wonderful. She helped us find the right loan for our fixer-upper property and was very supportive and kept us updated throughout the process. She has even followed up post closing to make sure the Title company has dispersed the funds correctly.   Our loan officer, Chris Whitmire, went above and beyond the call of duty in processing our application. There were several complications that were putting a halt to the loan approval. I am quite confident that the average loan officer would have given up. Chris continued to forge ahead and worked diligently to obtain our approval. There are plenty of mortgage companies that can handle the easy, straightforward applications.
