  The team at Gateway Bank is amazing! We receive fantastic service for all our our business accounts, and they have been very professional and helpful as we've navigated the PPP loan processes. I've been a Gateway customer since they opened in 2007 and I wouldn't think of opening an account anywhere else!

  I recently opened accounts and closed on a loan at Gateway Bank. I received outstanding customer service from the whole team, and they did a tremendous job managing the unique aspects of banking during the pandemic. They made everything super convenient. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

  Best Bank For Small Businesses - I have a tiny business that is too small to support most bank's fees and required deposit to obtain a business checking account. Gate way bank came to my rescue. They were helpful and went the extra mile for me in setting up my no monthly fee business checking account. I look forward to a long association with this bank.

  My wife stopped in to cash a check. She was completely ignored. The 2 tellers were assisting customers, however, no one greeted or even acknowledge that she was there.After many minutes of waiting she approached the branch manager who just told her she can not give assistance that my wife will just have to wait. The branch manager had extremely poor customer service relations and certainly needs a class in how to adequately handle small situations. The branch managers name is Jennifer Stevens. My wife was directed to the CFO Michael Nelson. Who seemed like he could care less. If this is how Customers are treated like they are insignificant, I would certainly not bank with them. Nor do we care to return to this establishment.

  They stepped up and helped me out in the busiest time for them. Many many thanks to a bank where you can actually get someone whose name you know to answer the phone when you call. Love this bank!!
