  Gary is a super star at his job. My family deal with him and his wife Liza got done fast and well. He was a professional and the home transaction went very well and accurate.   I can personally attest to Gary's excellence as a realtor. The transaction went smooth and Gary continues to assist our family greatly. He tends to go above and beyond the normal duties of a realtor. Gary is a humble, honest realtor who can guide you through your home purchase or sale.   My husband and I just bought our first home with Gary. He was everything you could ever hope for in a real estate agent. Responsive, reliable, knowledgable, honest, organized, informative, patient, good at negotiating, and happy to go over the details as many times as we needed. He made us feel completely comfortable every step along the way. The house we purchased had 16(!!!) offers on it, and the selling agents told us the reason why our offer was accepted was because of him. They said it was all because he was so persistent, professional and nice to deal with. Gary even helped us out with several new home owner questions after we closed and moved in.   Gary did a wonderful job in presenting our home to buyers with fantastic photos and beautiful flyers. He was respectful and met the needs of my three children and I while making appointments, conducting showings, and holding the open houses. He communicated efficiently during the entire selling process and made me comfortable while making the big decisions involved in selling a home.   Gary has helped me buy a house and also find tenants for a house. Both times I’ve been impressed with his knowledge of the local market and also his high level of customer service.   Gary Jacobs is the local Real Estate Broker that EVERYONE should use. Without Gary Jacobs, I would not be a homeowner. I was denied by all the other real estate agents, however, Gary with his expertise was able to supply me with the information I needed in order to properly prepare to purchase a home. Gary was a referral to me from a real estate investor that uses him regularly. Gary helped me throughout my first purchase by providing me with; a mortgage broker, title company, inspectors, and contractors. Gary has a plethora of resources that enabled me to successfully complete my first real estate transaction. Every mortgage broker I contacted denied me, however, Gary’s mortgage broker got me approved, my car (BMW) paid off, and into my house with as little money down as possible. Gary’s network with other realtors allowed me to acquire a house for about ~$50,000 less than it was worth because of his relationship with the other broker. I acquired the nicest home within the Thousand Oaks area that was listed within its price range. Since then, I have been able to and will continue to remodel my new home. I can either raise my family in it, flip it to by a bigger house, or take the $200K+ equity that is being created to buy a business or a real estate rental portfolio. Gary was able to make my dreams come true, and that is why his face will forever be on my fridge listed under ‘family’.

  Gary worked as our realtor for most of 2017 as my husband and I looked for homes in the Agoura/Calabasas/Westlake Village area. We instantly felt a connection with Gary, as he is friendly and relaxed, as well as professional and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. During our house hunt, he always made himself available. He was patient with us, and truly helped find the right home for us, instead of trying to push us into a sale. He gave great guidance and advice, and showed us many properties proactively. When we were finally ready to make an offer, Gary walked us through every step and helped us get an incredible deal on our house. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with him, and highly recommend him!

  Gray was an amazing agent when we were buying the house! He was very easy to work with and kept us posted each step of the way. Very responsive and caring. We would highly recommend him and use him again in the future if we ever needed to. He was also very knowledgeable about everything and very quick to respond back if he wasn't sure about something. Overall 5/5 star and highly recommend using him for selling or buying a home.

  My In Laws recently relocated to Westlake village and were lucky enough to have Gary and Lisa Jacobs as their Real estate agents. I cannot say enough positive things about them. They are knowledgeable, experienced, patient, understanding, and hard working. They will take into account all that you are looking for, and will do everything they can to find you what you want. And perhaps more importantly they are really caring people, that will be honest and thorough and truly want to find the house that is right for you.
