  Since 2008, meeting the requirements of a mortgage lender can be a massive undertaking. There is no way we would have successfully completed with process without Todd Ross coaching us and guiding us though it. Beyond knowing the products and the lenders, Todd is a strategic thinker. He had our long term financial outlook in mind at every step. Additionally Todd proved to be incredibly agile and responsive to changing requirements throughout the process. But best of all, Todd is a great communicator - he was clear about what was going on at every step, explaining the why and the how, as well as taking time to walk us though how each component that would have an affect on our long term finances.
