  Gary has been an absolutely amazing realtor! My husband and I were purchasing a home for the first time, and Gary calmly walked us through every single step. In addition, he was always available to answer questions we had, and he followed all COVID safety protocols when meeting with us and showing us properties. I would absolutely recommend Gary to everyone, whether you're buying or selling in the city or suburbs. Thank you, Gary!

  Gary Barnes and his team completely surpassed any expectations we had when selling our condo and purchasing our soon to be home. He made the selling/ buying process so easy and stress free. You both really did a great job of sorting though options and figuring out what was most important for the lifestyle you were looking for. Then when we found it you were organized and followed through on all the "stuff" we had to work through. I'm afraid you found a place you will never have to leave, which sucks for me as a Realtor (haha), but is great cause I hope to enjoy some good times there over the coming years....
