      Just called SBA of Gannon University to obtain information on help with a business plan i put together and asked a simple question if they have services available in helping with typing it up and the operator was rude and unprofessional. Before I could explain my need in support...she said call back next week between the hours of operation and have good day. Then hung up very promptly.
