  Gabe went above and beyond with getting our loan across the goal line. We had some hickups, caused by ourselves and some simultaneous remodeling during our refinance which Gabe was able to work thru and keep on track during a quickly changing interest rate environment. His guidance and input was essential... far above just processing paperwork. His knowledge and involvement was essential for us.

  Gabe was definetely the gold star winner of our entire house buying process. Of all the people involved Gabe was the one always in our corner. He was proactive in keeping us updated in the mortgage process as well as consistently looking for better rates before locking in. He navigated communication with the builder and make the whole process seamless. Additionally and one of his best qualities was his responsiveness - no matter what day or time (weekends, nights, holidays) Gabe would always answer an email within an hour - even when we told him it could wait till Monday. I would recommend him to ANYONE that is buying a house in the NC, SC, VA, FL and TN regions and hope we get to use him again in the future.
