  We contacted Claudia to start a mortgage application for an investment property. She was responsive, prompt, and always available to help whenever an issue arose with the application. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends and look forward to working again with her in the near future. The process was easy, smooth, and so fast compared to past mortgage experiences with bigger banks in the area. Update: We worked with Claudia on obtaining a loan for a second investment property and we had a fantastic experience this time as well. There was great communication and all our questions were answered promptly. We even recommended her to a relative and they also had a great experience with the purchase of their first home.

  When it came to Claudia and her team they are so professional so articulate. They had our needs and wants in mind the whole time. They were able to get us into our dream home in this crazy market.   I was super nervous starting the homebuying process but Claudia's Team at McLean made that process so easy. All those myths about home buying aren't true until you work with Claudia. Her assistant Belinda was incredible, any questions I needed answers to, she was there. When I had moments of uncertainty they were there at anytime of the day (even text) to answer any and all questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend working with McLean.
