  Bryan, Yesterday Marilyn and I left your office with a wonderful filling of fulfillment and gratitude for the excellent assistance we received from some of your staff. We were in a bind to get our condo sale closing documents completed by the end of business on March 31, 2022. Since FedEx had failed to deliver the documents overnight to our home it was already middle of the afternoon before the lawyer emailed the documents to me to print at home. I attempted to find a notary during the morning hours to setup an afternoon appointment but only had potentially found the UPS store, but they never returned my call. While we were getting ready to leave our house with the documents, I thought of Aspire Wealth Management, and wondered if your notary would be available to help. When I called Kimberly she immediately said yes come on in and Gail would be happy to be our notary. Gail and Kimberly couldn't have been more cordial and sensitive to our needs. They used their experience in assisting and making recommendations to help us complete our documents. As if this wasn't enough they made us a copy of the completed documents and placed them into a FedEx envelop for us. It is so refreshing to know that companies still exist that believes in great customer service. I knew again yesterday that we had made a wise decision when we selected Aspire as our financial advisors.   I have been with Aspire for 9 years. They tailor my investments to my situation. I recently retired and they shifted gears so the investments will perform to my current requirements. They constantly monitor my account and keep me well informed....something the prior firms did not do. I have reviews on a regular basis and I know exactly where I stand. Their customer service is the best....very responsive. If you are looking for a professional team to manage your money this is where you need to go. Mike J

  I've been with Aspire for 5 years and have experienced nothing but good service and friendliness. I have had the pleasure of working with several of the staff with regards to any life changes.   Scam - they promise a comprehensive financial review but are just trying to get your financial information to see what products they can sell you. Delivered nothing - don't waste your time.

  We strive to provide excellent service to everyone we meet and offer a complementary review package to see if their financial situation could be improved. This free analysis can require investment or tax information that people may like to have reviewed. This is not for a sales presentation, but to provide performance, risk, expenses and income generation details for perspective on their current situation. We do not always recommend investment products to prospective clients and, in fact, a large part of our business consists of providing advice regarding existing or future investments. In some cases, after these reviews we conclude that there is no way to improve or modify the current financial plan without unnecessarily changing investments or causing undue cost to the person or family. In those cases, we simply share that we cannot help the person at this time and we do not recommend any changes in what they are doing. We do understand that some people are seeking help, hoping for an improvement and in a very rare instance when we share honestly that we can’t help them, they may be disappointed.
