  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER LENDER!!! Tried working with these guys, and i mean tried very hard to work with them! Gave them many months of opportunity to close a file and these guys just dragged their feet the whole time. What a waste! Ron and Rob make tons of promises and false hopes! Ran our credit countless times, rarely return phone calls, always gives the run around, they also charge hefty points and fees since they are not the actual lender but middle men.

  First, we don’t know who this person is. Second, there is no Ron in our organization. Third, if this anonymous person did not receive a loan, they most likely did not get a loan approval from a bank, not GI, as GI is a broker. Further, and most important, from the pre-approval letter through the entire process, GI never makes promises. Why? We aren’t the ultimate decision maker and we can’t obligate a third party. The bank decides. As far as fees, typically the bank pays us directly. This entire review left by Guru is unwarranted, unfair, and highly misleading as to truth.
