  Had a full roof replacement/installation and exterior door replaced by G Fedale and feel very comfortable with a full 5 star review. After interacting and getting quotes from 5 roofing contractors, selected G Fedale based on the interaction with Dan Simpson and the value (material/installation details) laid out in the quote. They were actually able to start the work ahead of the initially agreed upon date, the crew was very efficient and did a great job on a multi-tiered, high and high pitched roof. They also expertly repaired some damage and flaws found in the initial installed roof that were unseen under the surface to correct those problems. Rick Panella was a great on-the-ground contact throughout the process and sewed up all loose ends to our complete satisfaction. Couldn’t be more pleased with the choice of this locally owned, managed and operated business doing a big and important job for us on our home

  Our experience with G.Fedale was amazing from the start. Rob Orwig came out immediately to our home following our call to G.Fedale for an estimate. Rob’s estimate was extremely detailed, clear and helped us understand what was wrong with our roof. Rob was patient, responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their estimate was competitive to other estimates that we sought. We are really grateful for all of Rob’s help throughout the roof planning process. G.Fedale was able to get us scheduled faster than expected which was really impressive knowing how busy they have been during the pandemic. During the roof completion, the team communicated with us throughout and the project managers consistently touched based with us. The team was clean and were extremely mindful of our plants and furniture around our home. We couldn’t believe that the team was also able to complete the project in one day. We are so pleased with our roof and it completely transformed our home. Thank you, G. Fedale!

  I chose G. Fedale because they were listed on Velux's website and I wanted to have my roof re-done and skylights replaced. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Above all they were very communicative. Every time I called or texted someone got back to me very quickly. When Rob came to do the original estimate he spent a lot of time with me explaining all of the options carefully and patiently. When it came time to do the work Justin was at the house early in the morning before any other workers arrived to make sure the delivery of materials went smoothly and the workers were off to a good start. Rick stopped by multiple times to make sure the work was being done correctly and was very helpful setting up the skylights. Any little hitches along the way were addressed immediately by Justin and Rick and to my satisfaction. Rick gave me a follow-up call after the work was complete to make sure I was satisfied. The main crew boss who was there the entire time was Lester and he did fantastic work and helped the crew do their best as well. I would recommend G. Fedale and would definitely use them again.

  G Fedale, and specifically Justin and Rick, was excellent to work with. I made some last minute changes that were accommodated, and when there was an issue with the skylight (solar panel not installed) Justin (the PM) came out and installed it himself. Overall, I'd recommend.

  I always have anxiety over who to choose for a project. After a multi-year wait and several quotes, we decided on G. Fedale. There was no high-pressure sales tactic. The quote was well organized and detailed. They did use subcontractors, who they seem to use frequently. More importantly, their team managed the project on-site every day. Responded afterward immediately when there were questions. They took the time to follow up on concerns even though there were not any problems. The price was in line with others quotes we received. I am glad we chose them; now I need someone I can trust to fix the deck, take care of the bathroom and kitchen.

  We are extremely satisfied by the excellent work of the G. Fedale.work force.Mike E., the project manager was amazingly attentive to us his customers, and to his work force headed by team leader Alfonso. We looked forward to Mike’s in-person morning meetings with us to report progress and answer any questions we had. He was also alway available by phone. Our project was huge and complicated, but there were never any glitches. Mike’s crew worked long days, and were on the job even when rain threatened. We were more than impressed, we were astounded by the quality of the finished project. Thank you to Mike for pulling off this project.

  I would recommend G. Fedale to friends and family. Jesse and Ricky handled my roofing needs. My project was a multifaceted one with mason, carpenter and roofers involved in the scope of work. The work was done professionally and with detail to the end product. My project involved my homeowners insurance and G. Fedale worked with my company to handle details.
