  Susan Schmidt made my auto refinancing and opening a checking account so simple and incredibly fast. I really felt that she was working for me and doing everything she could do to save me money.   Today I opened an account with Jalena Baker. I can’t say enough about the friendly and professional service she showed me during my visit. She deserves to be applauded for her great level of service and work ethic. Citadel should be proud to have her representing its banking institution. Kudos Jalena!

  Ms. Baker, and the entire management and staff of this branch, really went out of their way to answer my questions and explained everything in a very straightforward and easy to understand manner. I had several questions concerning both a personal account and opening a business account. I was treated respectfully and honestly, even when they couldn't provide me with the answers I was seeking. She simply answered that she would get back to me when she had a chance to ask the branch manager, who was out of his office at that time. I look forward to a long and productive relationship with these fine folks and I am certain you would find them just as friendly and helpful for all of your banking needs.

  Citadel bank have wonderful customer services and plans, I met a senior account representative with Alpa and she is very hardworking and excellent explainer about bank job. She took time for me about each detail what I want to ask about accounts. She told me each benefit of accounts what Citadel have services for customer benefits.

  Jalena n the assistant manager helped me out with setting up for financial assistance for my loans. They are very caring and helpful. I would recommend citadel for everyone. This branch has knowledgeable staff which are there for their customers 🤗

  Went to get cash out and realized I didn’t have my ID or card with me. Wasn’t able to get the woman’s name that came to the door but she refused to give me any type of help without those items. I explained that I had a photo and could give my ssn since I did not have those items to show… She was persistent and still refused! I then went to the next closes citadel bank and spoke with the teller who was very courteous and explained that he could look up my name in the system. He came back with the money I had asked for and said there was an ID on file. I’ve been in the field of customer service and it was not present when I tried the first time gettin some cash.
