  I've been a long time customer and have always had great service, but wanted to specifically recognize Kristi McKenzie today. I know her outside of the bank and reached out for some help on some general info on cashier's check, as someone was going to be making a large purchase from us and we wanted to make sure it was a legitimate payment. Even on her day off work, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to offer valuable information and reach out to the branch for further assistance. This is going above and beyond for customers! We appreciate her dedication to service.

  3 weeks ago my wife and I found the perfect truck for us 4 hours away. I called Kaycee and sent the info to her immediately. To my surprise she called me just a few short hours later telling me we can go get the truck! The next morning we hit the road and went and got our new truck and has been in love with it ever since! Kaycee made the entire process so entirely easy! She made it all about us, and it showed! Thank you Kaycee !!!

  We applied for an auto loan and got the pleasure of working with Kaycee. She would have had our documents ready to sign and check ready to pick up in less than 5 hours of applying for the loan(delay on our part), we got our documents and check the following day before lunch. It was such an easy and quick process! We now plan on moving our other auto loan over to FSUCU. Their rates are awesome and their staff is even better!

  My wife and I refinanced our car with Kaycee and we couldn't be happier. It was by far the easiest and smoothest loan transaction that I have ever been a part of and Kaycee was able to save us thousands of dollars by refinancing at much better rates than we had gotten through a dealership. The entire experience was so pleasant that I have opened checking and savings here and will be changing all of our banking to this branch. Thanks Kaycee!

  Kaycee at FSUCU in Crawfordville was great to work with on a loan. Her and Jordan had my application submitted and we were ready to close all in the same day! They made this so easy! :)

  My family has used FSUCU for about 5 years now and the Crawfordville location is the one we visit the most. They are by far the best and easiest to work with! General banking and help, as well as cars loans etc. It's all been completely painless. These folks are great.

  Checked with Kaycee at the Crawfordville Branch about possibly refinancing my auto loan. Kaycee was great in not only getting that done but also made me aware of many other financial products available through FSUCU and I am now a very happy FSUCU member utilizing several of their services. The rates for loans, credit cards, savings accounts etc. are the best I have come across to date. The customer service is absolutely unparalleled!

  I just love my credit union!! Ms.Kristi McKenzie is a pleasure to work with and is always so professional and polite. She helped me with all my questions when i just recently refinance my loan. If your looking for a great credit union with wonderful staff go visit fsu credit union!!

  I love this place! I have an auto loan through FSU credit union and they are just wonderful. Kristi at the Crawfordville location is who I'm usually connected with and she is helpful, and very friendly. She always answers my questions in a professional manner and treats me like a person not just a payment. I HIGHLY recommend FSU Credit Union!
