  I have been a member here for some time now and the Saums branch is outstanding. I have never had a bad or negative experience here EVER. All the staff are courtesy and well knowledgeable. They acknowledge you immediately when coming in and that is a big deal for me. I just went in for a transaction and Mercy walked me through it with zero complaints. I stepped away from the counter to verify information that they needed and when I returned Joanna picked up from where she left off and completed my request without fail. Thank you ladies for making my banking experience painless.

  I’ve been with BVSCU for a year now and all the staff from loan officers to tellers have been so amazing! Everyone treats you like a real person and spends time so you know what’s really going on with your finances. 5 stars, 10/10 definitely go with them if you can! So much better than large banks and better rates too!

  I absolutely love this branch of BVSCU. They are always so friendly. I specifically want to speak to my experience with the Loan Specialist, Ms. Cecy. She was beyond helpful and accommodating. She was attentive and walked me through every single step answering my questions and clarifying the most basic concepts for me. I am so appreciative to her for her open communication, patience, attention to detail and kind demeanor.

  I have been with BVSCU for decades now. I do all of my financial transactions through them. I mostly go to the Pin Oak location but have always been served well at all the branches. We love Elaine at the Pin Oak location and Joanna at the Saums Rd location. They greet me by name and are always eager to help. Thank you guys!

  I love BVSCU!!! They are so nice! They are very knowledgeable. I have bought a car, refinanced a car, gotten a loan, gotten gift cards, and even gotten thing motorized. I wouldn’t go anywhere for my banking needs!

  Used this bank to send a wire transfer to pay the manufacturing cost for sample products. I’ve been negotiating a deal for 4 months with a large buyer. I paid the transfer fees and assumed the bank did it’s part, completing the wire transfer. However, the bank decided to do its own research and searched the address of the manufacturer. What they found was a multi tenant commercial facility and a completely different company with a completely different Suite/Unit number, puts on a horticulture class which legally teaches how to grow plants such as marijuana. So, they reject my wire transfer and say it was due to an illegal activity. Three weeks later, I contact my buyer and he advises he never received the samples. I contact the manufacturer and they inform me they haven’t received the payment. So, I send them the receipt. My buyer wanted purchase 1.5 million products which I was to make .35 cents each. I’m not sure who I should blame myself, for trusting this bank or the bank itself for attempting to be an investigator when that’s not their job. If they felt something was illegal, they could have simple contacted the local authorities. Use your own judgment, but, I learned my lesson the hard way. You should be able to trust your bank.

  We have been members of the credit union for more than 20 years and have always enjoyed the friendly manner of the employees and the excellent service. In the current impersonal business of pressing buttons and talking to mechanical voices, it’s so refreshing to see a smiling face and be able to talk to and interact with a live human.
