  I believe my choice in lender was one of the best. I chose mainly going on advice from others who have used frost in the past. But I couldn’t be happier to have my home mortgage go through. Great customer service and always willing to help then on weekends

  Amar N and frost mortgage are completely unprofessional. We have had to sign 3 extensions in order to sell our home, hopefully it closes in a week. We have absolutely no confidence that frost will get this deal closed. Instead of doing their jobs they deflect blame onto the buyers and MFA. I spoke to the mfa and they have no clue why frost is putting the blame on them. Beware.

  Chuck was extremely patient and willing to guide me through the refinance process. When I would think I was done and get a new message from the underwriter to get more information he was there for me every step of the way. Advised me on what to do to prepare my finances and the paperwork required. Chuck is not only a advisor to me but no a great friend I trust completely.

  We chose the Maez Group Real Estate and Leona Gonsalves is our realtor she had been awesome through this whole journey. Frost mortgage is the WORST mortgage company we have ever dealt with and this is our 4th house. Greg Frost Sr. and his chum Steven Lowe are like a couple of used car salesmen. We have never had this much trouble when buying a house. We could never get a straight answer and they were both very condescending. It was like talking to crooked politicians. IT WAS AWFUL! So we decided to go with another mortgage company. WE chose VAN DYK MORTGAGE they are AWESOME!!!! Michael Martin and Amalia were great! They made this fiasco that Frost Mortgage created turn into the exciting and fun experience that home buying should be. Thank you Van DYK Mortgage for making this home purchase enjoyable.

  We initially met with Ammar because my brother had sold his home in TX and was moving to ABQ from Tx. Ammar was so helpful and ready to answer every question as we searched for a new home for my brother. He went above and beyond in helping us with every step of the mortgage process. I’m will highly recommend Frost Mortgage and Ammar to anyone I know of that is in the process of purchasing a home. We are so thankful for all of his help.
