  Erica and her team are great. I hate sitting thru miles of paperwork waiting for the paperwork to get prepared. When I showed up for my appointment it was done sitting on the table ready to sign and Erica went through it with me. I will use them again.

  SHOULD BE ZERO. They were such a good company a few years ago. Now mistake after mistake and bad customer service. No other company could do worse than this place. Save yourself the headache and go to any other company.
