  Okay so out of all the banks I've dealt with, if this was my first experience with m&t I wouldn't ever go to another one. The tellers don't even greet or acknowledge my existence! Being someone who had worked and been involved in customer service I would think this would be a top priority for a bank especially! Very disappointing because these aren't young kids these are adults but don't know the first thing about properly greeting a customer. So sad.

  The Tellers at this bank need to learn basic customer service skills. They are nosey and would rather talk amongst themselves instead of involing themselves with their customers. I HIGHLY suggest they have a training day! I've witnessed better customer service skills in a fast food restaurant!!!

  Absolutely rude tellers here. First time I let it go, but this is twice now with 2 different people.

  Very slow tellers. Horrible customer service. Go to another branch.

  Several years ago I used this bank and like it. Since then I found a bank that suits my needs.
