  We used Friga Tyme for an original fix on our house in 2020 and they did great. Our house got struck by lightening earlier this year and we contacted them again to fix the hole in the roof that this caused. They said they’d send someone out which to give an estimate. This took a few weeks (mind you we have a hole in our roof). They then say that they quoted us wrong and that they’ll need to send someone else out to give us a new quote. New quote is now $1700 more for the same work included in the first quote supposedly. This also takes some time. Once we get the quote we get no estimate on when the work will begin so we call the office again and they say they’ll have someone out later that week (wasn’t notified of this until we called them). They don’t finish the job that day and say they’ll send someone else out to finish the job. No estimate on when this person will come and fix (we have dogs and need to be there to make sure they aren’t outside). They also send someone to the house about the gutters. Now their salesman (Edwin) is saying that we’re trying to commit insurance fraud (not sure how that’s possible if we gave them the entire check from our insurance company already) when he forgot to include gutters in the estimate when they originally said they were included. I do not recommend this company in the slightest their salesman has been extremely unprofessional and we will not be using their overpriced services again. Their lack of communication with people giving them thousands of dollars is astounding.

  We used Friga Tyme Roofing for to reshingle our roof. The customer service was absolutely superb. They were quick to respond and get us an estimate. Once we signed, the office reached out to have us choose our shingle color and let us know when we were scheduled. When the roofers came out to our home, we met with the production manager Roland, who answered any questions we had and was very friendly and attentive. I would refer anyone looking to get their roof redone to Friga Tyme Roofing.

  Horrible company! Worst experience ever! Owners like this should be in jail. Lied about getting permits! Never even applied for them. After I cancelled the contract they were holding my deposit for almost a year. And still did not return all of it! Office stuff and the owner are useless and very very racist and unprofessional! Filled complaints on Government websites! Under investigation now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

  Just wanted to share my experiance, i called the office on a monday by tuesday roland had come out and inspected my roof and by wensday i had an estimate. roof work was done the following week. Very clean work and roofers were very respectful to not leave and nails or debris in my yard. Would reccomend to anyone in need of a roofing company.

  I called the marine division for dock estimate and it’s been more than a week and I have not received any quote. I’ve been promised to have it five days ago so I guess they don’t value my business. I wish I knew so I didn’t have to waste my time to meet in them out there. I can’t judge the workmanship because nothing has been done

  I hired Friga Tyme to make repairs on my roof last year. I am a "snowbird" so it was November before I returned to Florida and discovered that the roof was still leaking in two areas they worked on. I contacted Friga Tyme and they sent a person out to inspect. It has now been almost 3 months and they will not answer my calls or emails. My wife has Asthma so I have been spraying the inside walls every time it rains to try and kill the mold, but the mold problem is getting worse and worse.

  Beware! This business steals your money and refuses to be in contact or pay you back! They owner posts videos with inappropriate language and consistently ignored and mistreats his customers. Do not recommend

  Pretty sure that these guys are no longer in business. They installed 20+ roofs in my neighborhood and they will no longer answer any of our residents calls.
