  Mark & Juanita are superb employees! Gave us an incredible deal when all other local pawn shops attempted to give us a horrible price for our keyboard. Incredibly kind and courteous and the process was quick - would definitely come here again, you want a good deal on an item this is the place pawn it!

  As I write this with tears in my eyes I would like to say thank you to Larry’s Pawnshop. I needed to sign my daughter up for daycare so I could start my new job but was short on funds and didn’t have any help. I was referred to this pawnshop by a friend after getting lowball at a different pawnshop. Soon as I came in the gentleman asked me what I needed. I explained to him my situation and he helped me with NO hesitation!! He gave me what I needed to sign my baby girl up for summer camp. Now I can start my new job!!!!! Thank you so much Larry’s Pawnshop for helping me out I’m forever grateful and look forward to doing more business with you!

  Wow is all I can say. You want people to come into your establishment? Don't be rude and hang up the phone on them just for asking a question. I asked if they can give an estimate over the phone, he said he doesn't do business over the phone, okay I understand that but why the need to immediately hang up the phone on someone after saying you don't do business over the phone? I've called multiple pawn shops before, even this one and they have given me an estimate over the phone. I called back and he had customers in front of him, but I could have easily been a customer over the phone. Nobody in person is more important than someone over the phone nor is the person on the phone more important than the ones in front of you. So you should treat them both equally. No matter which business of customer service you are in, you treat your customers with respect. I have never just hung up the phone on someone asking questions because I had customers in front of me. I am beyond baffled. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.

  Fish and Chum were excellent to work with... I had to get an inscription on a stainless steel thermos to put my father in laws ashes into.. I am going to bury them with his tombstone.. They exactly matched the tombstone inscription and floral design.. I also bought a backup PA amp while browsing... I really appreciate their help... Tunes...

  Whoever the bald guy with gray hair is a straight d!@$. He was clearly upset and giving attitude to me and another customer who came in 15 before close. Sry dude I don't control traffic and your hours are clear. He also told me "I have plenty of business, I don't need yours" so I took my pawn elsewhere and got more money anyways. Horrible guy to do business with. He really must hate life. He refused to give me his name too after calling me a tough guy. Horrible person

  I absolutely love this place I'm in here about once a week or so always great tools great customer service anything you need to know if fish is there he's got an answer for you.

  People who visit this pawn shop, be very careful, they promise you a guarantee and when you return, what they want is to shoot you and take you out, even with the receipt in hand, it does not matter that it is a pawn shop, their duty is to try to clients regardless of race and color, I wish today's treatment to no other client. these stores are very helpful. but with deals like that you can't make deals 👎

  I’m so glad I found Mark!!!! The people here are a lot friendlier. Kenny is awesome as well he took care of us. We need more people like these two guys , love y’all Thank You for everything. Y’all come see these two guys they will work with you and help you out as much they can.

  I took my Desert Eagle to the Palm Beach location to get it engraved. Staff were very helpful, and they did an absolutely wonderful job on the engraving. It turned out extremely well and the final product was a work of art. c:

  Mark & Kenny are great thanks guys!!! I’m so glad we found Mark again , my wife and I always deal with Mark. These two guys are great you need more workers like them. Genuine guys here. Definitely will be back when we need to do more business. Thanks again guys!
