      This is the worst bank I have ever been to. The manager Kelly, has no business managing a lemonade stand, nevermind a bank. Tellers are rude and incompetent and customer service is non-existent. I have been in there 4 times to make simple deposits, and there has been a problem every time. The only reason I use them is because they are the only bank that operates in both Florida and my home state. Avoid this bank at all costs. To BOA management, put managers in your banks that are competent and have proven that they can manage. Just because a person has been a teller doesn't mean that they can manage a bank.

      Horrible customer service! The guy at the front desk does not know anything. He game me wrong explanation about a hold on a check I deposited it. After I spoke with someone in customer service over the phone, I found out why my check was on hold. I would have preferred him to tell me he does not know anything instead of giving me the wrong information. Do not go to this bank. They do not help you!

      Cashed a Bank of America drawn check. Informed me that it's 8.00 to cash THEIR OWN CHECK. Then, upon counting my money in the car, they jipped me 20.00. Avoid this Bank altogether.

      After waiting in the teller line twenty minutes, we were told we'd then have to wait an additional 30 mins to speak to a rep. Due to the manager being unqualified in helping our problem. Kelly, as a manager, labor control and customer service falls in your lap. You severely lack the social skills to "manage" anything.

      Hire more tellers! Hire more tellers! Hire more tellers!Hire more tellers! The wait at this bank is never less than 30 minutes. Every time I walk in there's at least 20 people waiting in line and there's only 1 teller. Can't even make an appointment over the phone because they never answer. Massive waste of time. Not only that but the one teller apparently doesn't know how to listen. The incompetence of the workers here is astounding. Been sitting in the drive thru for an hour now on a separate occasion, because they have just been skipping one line for no reason. The only advice I can give to other customers is don't bother going here. Advice to management, find a new line of work.

      one drive through lane open, very slow for not o say lame tellers, gave a check and deposit slip and left without receipt after waiting 5 minutes. -had to wait over 10 minutes before they even opened the drawer to put your stuff in. I wish BOA would go out of business as the spook off existing customers. They have the best Internet banking but THE WORST customer service......

      Had to wait in line at the outside window for over 45 minutes to cash a check. This is not my first experience with this. They never have more than one outside lane open and then they do not have a designated teller for the outside window. Awful customer service although the tellers are very nice and capable. I blame the manager - definitely need more tellers. I am so tired of wasting my time banking here. Fix the problem - hire more tellers for the inside and designate at least one teller to wait on the people who drive up to the outside window. This problem is ridiculous and could be remedied so quickly and easily. I am disgusted with the situation because it is becoming more and more obvious to me - that BofA does not give a hoot. Do something!

      I had an appointment with Mathew. He was excellent; very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I really appreciated meeting the manager and her assistance too. The person who greeted me when I first arrived was friendly and professional. This was one of the best banking experiences I've encountered, and this is coming from someone who was in the financial services industry for nearly twenty years. Brian Moynihan should be proud.

      I don't know how this bank has 2 stars! If I could give them a negative star I would. I pay my mortgage here for an out of state account holder and every month I dread coming to this bank. Nine times out of 10 they will have two tellers working and a few Bankers that stand around and do nothing when they can easily come up to the teller counter and help the tellers. Today I waited 40minutes just to deposit a check. Once I got to the teller counter I was ignored for 5 minutes until a teller came up to me one she came up to me she was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her by making a deposit. I will never have an account here or do any other business here again. Horrible bank
