      I had to have an oil change...they offered to rotate my tires and told me I needed to change my air filter, also my battery was beginning to corrode. Our inspection was out at the end of June and I had forgotten they took care of that too. Great experience.

      I bought my last three cars here and the staff has always been great. Got an oil change today and felt the price was way too high. Will have to shop around for service prices in the future.

      I contacted Kevin via email regarding my Nissan Frontier purchase in January 2017. It was year-end at my job, therefore, I was rarely available throughout the entire month of January. We contacted each other strictly through email, and he worked with every request I made. I had multiple inquiries regarding price, fee/tax breakdown, and trade-in value. I would be available to reply around 8-10PM at night at times, and would still receive prompt replies that night or the next day. Their perseverance and help throughout the process made buying the vehicle efficient and down right perfect. They really want to earn your business, and Kevin did that and more. Sales online has really opened up the car sales business, and Kevin is making that transition seamless with people out of state and with hectic work schedules. Thanks again everyone at Boone Nissan!!

      Ok so I never do this. The only reason I am is because I was looking up used cars from this awesome place. I saw a bad review on their service manager. Let me tell you a little bit about this service manager. His name is TJ he is who I dealt with with my Rav-4. I had taken my 2012 Rav in to a local place in my town with A/C problems, 2 new tires, and oil change. This place had my car ALL day. Called me to tell me there was no A/C problems. It did work for 10 days after. Plus they never did the oil change and after I was home they called that my brakes were bad. I called up AutoStar (my dad uses them). TJ the service manager had it all checked out. It had a leaking evaporator core and bad brakes. Plus the 1st place never did do the oil change. As soon as they knew what was wrong the service manager TJ called with it and the prices. He is the best! I will never trust any of my cars with anyone but him!

      Called about the Rogue SV internet sale price. Was told by the GM the internet price is just a price point and was quoted another price about $3000 above the the internet "final price". not including the doc fee, tax and title which I know are added to the total. I purchased the 2015 Rogue at another dealership by shopping internet sale price. I had no problems with the 2015 transaction. I'm losing faith in Nissan.

      Working with Bryan Martin at Everett Nissan in Boone, NC was, by far, our best car buying experience ever! We drove 2 hours to purchase the vehicle and it was worth the trip! He was ready to answer any question but also willing to stand back and let us discuss without pressure. We would highly recommend him and hope to get to buy another car from him in the future.

      My most recent experience was a good one. The ones before that were lack luster at best. When I purchased my pre-owned Nissan I received a card for multiple free oil changes from Everett. I tried to use this and bring business to your dealership after Autostar took over as well. I was told the first time that they didn't know that they could accept that since is was new ownership try that later or bring back my receipt for credit. The next time I went to use the card, I was told to show the card after I got the oil changed, I forgot that and I didn't get the credit. My question is how hard would it be to mark it paid in your system when I offered it the first time. I was told by a friend that when a dealership is purchased in this fashion, the new dealer has to honor past obligations such as the oil changes but in my case it seemed to be danced around or avoided all together. The card paper card I got became so worn out in my wallet that I don't think I even have it anymore. Poor training of the service team on how to accept this or avoidance seems to be the way this was handled. This is why I hate car dealerships, It all seems like a way to fleece the customer for more money. I am thankful that Nissan covered the rear end replacement on my truck but it was actually covered under warranty so your dealership actually did what they are obligated to do with Nissan. None the less, Thank You! I consider this truck to be the nicest vehicle that I have ever owned. I would buy Nissan again but I'm not sure I would by form Autostar again.
