  Roxanne and Natalie were great! We liked the close connections we had often with the realtor through calls texts and the automated information sent concerning what was happening-dates & times of scheduled showings, inspection, appraisal, closing information, etc kept us well informed & knowing our realtor was actively involved in helping to sell our house. Highly recommend!

  I 100% recommend Natalie Grothe at RE/MAX if you are looking to find your next home!! Natalie was an amazing realtor in helping us close on our dream house in Deep Gap, NC. We are first-time home buyers and Natalie made the process smooth and was extremely responsive (we had many questions!). Natalie was extremely professional and her communication skills exceeded our expectations. Natalie was always willing to go the extra mile to make our requests happen. She negotiated the purchase price and other fees to meet our needs and finalized our offer and closing items seamlessly. Also, Natalie spent a half a day with me while we had some estimates made on the house.

  I highly recommend realtor, Natalie Grothe! She was outstanding and great with communication! Our closing was quite hectic with some last minute complications and Natalie went the extra mile to make sure we closed and on time!!!

  Roxanne is amazing! She helped my husband and I as first time home buyers in the high country. She was able to set us up with a mortgage lender and helped us through every step! She goes above and beyond and even helped us with a plumbing problem after we closed on the house. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

  We worked with Rick Osborne to find our new vacation home in Boone. Rick was a great partner during our search - submitting over 10 offers before we were able to close on our favorite property. Throughout the process Rick provided great communication and, not being familiar with the area, provided a level of local expertise that made us feel much more comfortable with our search which was remote at times. His decades of experience selling real estate in the High Country and NC real estate process in general was invaluable to us.   Barbara Thomas and the RE/MAX group were instrumental in us finding a cabin that we love in the mountains. She was very knowledgeable about the local market, and willing to work around our schedule to show us listings.
