  My experience with Freedomstar Financial was easy and convenient. Everything was done online and Marc Williamson was the person I dealt with. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and I had many many questions. He was kind and patient And made the process go very smoothly. I was able to refinance, take six years off my original loan, and bring my interest-rate down almost 3 points from what it was. I am pleased that I went with freedom star financial.

  Juan was great! I got a great rate for my conventional loan refinance. The process took less than 6 weeks. The appraisal was waived, and the quote I initially received matched the final mortgage closing amounts. I was able to skip 2 mortgage payments before my first payment. A notary came to our home for us to sign the closing documents. It was a smooth and easy process. Juan is a very honest and straight forward guy, and his team was very helpful. I highly recommend Juan and his team.

  At first we were not looking to refinance because we had a pretty good interest rate already. When the rates kept dropping, we decided "why not" because we could lower our month rate and save money over the lifetime of the loan. With my husband being a veteran, we checked with three different companies and Freedom Financial gave us the best offer. We worked with Juan Contreras who was AMAZING! His customer service was excellent - answered our questions thoroughly no matter the time of day or night. We highly recommend Freedomstar Financial and Juan personally if you are looking to refinance your loan.

  My partner and I were first time home buyers, and we knew nothing about buying a home or conventional loans. Juan and Ivan made the process so simple and straightforward. They were both very professional, and Juan would answer all our questions very quickly at all times of the day. Did not matter if it was weekends or nights, he would answer us almost immediately or the next morning (mainly when we texted him past 10PM). Juan was very transparent about everything, and we genuinely felt he went above and beyond on all aspects of getting us the best deal and rate for our conventional loan.   I was in the market to refinance my VA loan due to the amazing rates being offered right now. I used the website Lending Club to shop around different mortgage brokers. Mr. Juan Contreras from Freedom Star Financial was one of the first brokers to reach out to me and I am thrilled he did. First, his quote was quick, not super intrusive, and also provided me three different refinance options. Freedom Star was the only company I received a quote from that offered three different quotes. The three quotes provided different rates based upon maximizing points, no points, and between the two and the associated loan costs based upon each rate. I received four separate quotes from different lenders and no one came close to offering me the deal Freedom Star Financial did. Additionally, they were super quick and efficient through the entire process. My initial correspondence with Juan when he provided me my quote was 28 November and I closed on my new loan 21 Dec! It doesn't get any more efficient than that. My advice for anyone who is on the fence about using Freedom Star Financial is trust this amazing team of individuals to provide you exceptional service with rates and costs that cannot be beat in my experience.   I chose to work with Freedomstar Financial, Inc. (Ivan) for my primary home and investment property refinances. Ivan was able to find the best rates for both of my properties; I couldn't have asked for lower. Ivan and his team were very responsive and provide excellent customer service. They worked closely with me and the lender to make sure everything was correct and make the process less stressful. I enjoyed working with them so much I recommended them to my friend who is now using them to refinance. If you're looking to refinance your VA home loan, use Freedomstar!

  My husband is a veteran, and we chose Freedomstar Financial to refinance our VA loan for our Fairfax, Virginia home. Our contact throughout the process was Juan Contreras. He was amazing at keeping us in the loop, and patiently explaining every question along all steps of the way. He reached out to us on a particularly favorable date for locking our rate, and it turned out, more than a month later, to have been the best possible day.   I work 60-72 hours a week on rotating shift work and didn’t think I would have time to refinance. Juan Contreras and his team at Freedom Star Financial made my VA IRRL extremely easy! With the advances in technology such as electronic document signing and secure document submission, the process was simple. Juan listened to me and answered all of my questions, and when he couldn’t, he researched them and got right back to me so I had accurate information. When it came time to close, a notary was sent to our house with everything we needed to sign. The entire process took about 5 weeks in our case and if rates continue to drop I would use them again. I have already recommended Juan and Freedom Star Financial to my veteran friends.

  I had a fantastic experience with Ivan Hendren and his team while refinancing my home. I came upon them by chance and thought the terms and closing costs were too good to be true. Now that I am closed I can say that everything happened as he promised. Ivan specializes in VA loans which made the process easier. His team made this the simplest buy/refinancing of a home I have ever experienced. His team was very responsive to every question I had and I was extremely comfortable throughout the experience. I would highly recommend Ivan and his team to anyone who is thinking of buying or refinancing a home.

  We saved a lot of time and money thanks to the outstanding service provided by Freedomstar Financial employees. Loan Officer Ivan Hendren from Freedomstar Financinal first contacted me on 28 December and provided me with quotes for VA loan refinancing. We closed the loan within less than a month on 25 January. Closing specialist Elijah Rembacz did outstanding work getting all the paperwork ready for the closing. Everyone (Cade Florio) I dealt with at Freedomstar Financial was exceptionally courteous, responsive, and dedicated to getting the job done. This was the most professional loan crew I have dealt with in my several house purchases/sales and refinancing processes. From the very start Ivan listened to what I was looking for and provided options to meet my requirements. The most I liked about working with Ivan and Elijah is that they are straightforward and honest, what I value in people. They are transparent and deliver what they promise and on time. There are no “surprises” between what they showed me on the quote and the final documents. I like doing business with honest people. This was also the smoothest closing we ever had. The notary process, which took place in our home, took less than 30 minutes. Amazing!
