  Went for a short term emergency loan. Employee acted like I didn't matter. She acted like she had better things to do. Went down the road to world finance and was approved in minutes. Go to World Finance. I would not recommend Freedom Advance. Poor. Poor customer service.

  Called to apply over the phone, the girl told me she didn't have time, and to apply online. After an exhausting hour and a half I drove to the store, and she was there alone no customers. She then said they were having computer issues today. Filled out the app then was told my document that was issued by the government with my physical address and postal stamp wouldn't work. She acted very uninterested in making a loan. Too busy with her kid to work. Went down the street and got the loan I needed. This place was robbed at gunpoint recently, so I won't be recommending to anyone.
