  My husband and I have used Fred's services for the last 4 or 5 years and have always been impressed by his courtesy, his professionalism, his timeliness and the friendliness of Wilda and his staff. They never seem to be harried when we come in at almost the 11th hour and I feel our returns are prepared in such a way that we receive what we are entitled to.   Usually we just do our own taxes, but we had slightly less than straight forward information so we took the easy way out and went with Fredrick James. He and his staff are honest, friendly, and reliable. I love the small family atmosphere in the office. So happy we hired them too because we ended up finding more than we expected. Definitely worth it to know everything is taken care of in an honest and professional manner.

  The entire staff lends itself to satisfying your needs from appointment scheduling to online portal availability for busy working folks like us. Wilda, Fred and Crystal are pleasant and allow you to ask questions, get complete answers and treat you as if you are their most important clients. The use of technology and speed and accuracy of our tax returns will keep us coming back year after year.

  I've known and worked with Fred for at least 13 years. When I think of him or describe him to others, I find myself using these words every time, hard-working, honest, thorough, knowledgeable and above all professional. I'm always amazed when he tells me his plans for the weekend or the evening at hand. Almost every time and involves studying and increasing his knowledge base through continuing education. I unfortunately I am not that focused or driven... Needless to say I find it quite impressive. In conclusion, I would be absolutely shocked if his clients were not 100% satisfied with his services. If they were not, I'm absolutely positive he would do everything to make it right, even at his own expense. And you can take that to the bank!
