  I purchased a vehicle from them August 2015, 2005 hyundai Sante Fe on June 2016 the axle snap, i took it to my mechanic was told this was something that should of been fixed wayy before i purchased the car, he stated the car should of never passed inspection the total cost was over a grand. Also since the day i purchased the vehicle the air conditioner was not working, i took it there they said the fixed it a week later again no air conditioner. I DO NOT recommend anyone to purchase a USED vehicle from them.

  Lewis Giles is the man. I followed him from Brenner to here. Both times he has helped me out when I've been in a bind. He goes above and beyond for his customers and I couldn't be more pleased with the help I got from Lewis and Fredricks. My 2016 Explorer is AMAZING!!!! Thank you again Lewis 👍

  They deserve 0 stars in my opinion! A LEMON SHOP! Cars are supposed to have MILES put on them... They CLEARLY sold my mother a car that someone either returned or was trading in and within 2-3 days of it being turned in they sold it to her with ISSUES! What's worst is their so called MANAGER of this LEMON SHOP- "FRAN" is also a JOKE- instead of taking shots within ear range of my sister about "I need to get to the back to find out what is going on before somebody says I'm not involved," speaks volumes.... that's why she stood up to let you know SHE HEARD you while you were galavanting around with the young women you were trying to impress that day! DO YOUR JOB, GET YOUR SHOP GUYS ON POINT- THIS PLACE IS A LEMON SHOP AND NOT RECOMMENDED! DO YOUR JOB, GET YOUR SHOP GUYS ON POINT- THIS PLACE IS A LEMON SHOP AND NOT RECOMMENDED! When you try to CONVINCE someone that the reason a car is having issues is because of the number of miles someone is putting on it? WHAT KIND OF IDIOT do you REALLY think you are dealing with????????????????????? My husband drives 50 miles to work and 50 miles home each day- over 100 miles a day and doesn't have problems with his vehicle- GET THE F**K out of here! LEMON SHOP! I will be digging deeper into this facility and if I have to put a full page ad in the paper, protest in front of the store- EVERYONE WILL KNOW ABOUT THE LEMONS YOU SELL! I might even call NBC and have them do a store through Dateline! LEMON SHOP! FIRE FRAN AND THE REST OF THE SORRY STAFF AND YOU MIGHT FAIR BETTER OFF! LEMON SHOP! LEMON SHOP! LEMON SHOP! LEMON SHOP!

  Businesses beware of reviewers who have never been in your store or met the people they are making accusations about (as in this case). The actual customer of this vehicle (mother of the reviewer) was appreciative that the dealership helped her purchase this vehicle. She was aware that the vehicle already had over 100,000 miles on it. According to notes from the store manager, “IT IS A 100,000 MILE PLUS HONDA ACCORD AND IT USED A QUART OF OIL EVERY FEW THOUSAND MILES OR SO. ALL WITHIN THE MANUFACUTURERS SPECIFICATIONS. NOW WE HAVE HAD THE CAR IN HERE NUMEROUS TIMES CHECKING OIL CONSUMPTION TESTS. ALL NOTES WE HAVE ARE DOCUMENTED IN OUR SYSTEM. WE HAVE BEEN VERY CURTIOUS IN ALL OF THE SERVICE IN THIS CAR. THERE ARE NO MALFUCTIONS OF THIS CAR WITH THE OIL. IT HAD 2 COIL PACKS THAT WE REPLACED NOT UNDER WARRANTY THAT WE DID OUT OF GOOD FAITH. WE WERE ALSO ACCUSED OF A MALFUNCTIONING ODOMETER. THAT WE CALIBRATED WITH A THIRD PARTY TRACKER”. The odometer was not found to be faulty and the vehicle was sent to a local Honda dealer as an additional good will measure. The dealership’s goodwill expenses were calculated between $500-700. Again, the vehicle owner was pleasant and understood the issues. She could not, however, account for the additional mileage on the vehicle after being told the odometer was working properly. It should be noted that she was not the only driver of the vehicle. As for the defaming comments about the manager, it is times like these that Google should offer a recourse for businesses against people who post without all the facts and without having set foot in a business.

  Bunch of Scammers! They said I won a sweepstakes's prize which was a nice prize to tell me I didn't win when I got there. Don't believe the stuff they send you in the mail it's just to get you in the door. They are just trying to sell their lemon vehicles.

  The purpose of sales event mailers is to bring traffic into an event to sell products; however a purchase is not necessary to receive a prize. Everyone is a winner on the mailer and yes, you have to come into the dealership to check the matching numbers to determine which prize you won. We guarantee there are winners for every prize. We apologize if it was not the prize you thought and it is unfortunate that your disappointment caused you to accuse us of selling "lemon vehicles". We stand behind the quality of our vehicles.

  I apparently won a mailer sweepstakes supposedly a 55" TV (no purchase necessary etc..), but got the good old bait and switch and found myself driving home with a $5 Walmart gift card. Shady vibe and salesperson wouldn't buy a toaster from these guys.

As with most standard sales mailers, you don't need to purchase however, the intent is to bring consumers into the store to match up prize numbers with the prizes. Everyone gets something for coming in and the number of winners for each prize are listed on the mailers along with details of the game. So sorry for the misunderstanding.

  DON'T BE FOOLED! This isn't a new car dealership. It's only a used car place. My husband & I called asking about new Chevys and they don't have any.

Our store is a branch of Frederick Chevrolet located in Lebanon, PA. This listing was somehow associated with the wrong store and the description was mirrored, however, we do not sell new cars. We are a pre-owned vehicle location. We also have a service center and body shop. In the future, if you see erroneous business information for other businesses, please understand that these online listing often go unclaimed or are difficult and time consuming to obtain permissions from Google/Yelp/YP/etc. Sometimes it is not the fault of the business that this information is erroneous but it eventually is our responsibility to figure out how to get it corrected.
