  My car had 4 recalls to do. I took it in at 9:30 am and left it for the day. About 3pm the service manager called to say that it was almost done. He asked me if I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation. I told him no that I had just had that done. Thinking my car was almost finished, I took an Uber to the Dealership. When I got there the car was still up on the lift with all of its wheels off. They had decided that I was going to wait since I hadn't purchased any extra services for them. By the time I got my car the cashiers had already left. I have purchased a couple of cars from McCafferty's and spent thousands of dollars in their shop and this is how I am treated! I won't be coming back.

  I would give a zero if I could. I had my car to be inspected at a LOCAL shop I normally go to. Turns out something was wrong with my engine. Fred beans did the warranty and repairs . They had my car for about 2 1/2 weeks. I go to get it inspected again at the local shop I normally go to and now my axel has a torn boot . It was not like that before the dealership. I call them it isn’t covered under warranty. I had the local shop replace the axel come to find out someone put a hose clamp on my axel to try and make it seem like it wasn’t broken . I call service manager who was extremely rude . He said we didn’t do it , we weren’t working on that part of your car and I can’t help you. DONT EVER GET REPAIRS HERE !!!!! Not to mention when I was there before they tried to charge me 300$ more than they told me .

  This is the fourth car we have purchased from McCafferty Auto Group. Very satisfied with the buying experience and professionalism of all of the dealership personnel. I highly recommend considering them as your first option for new and used vehicles.

  Other than the lengthy wait for signing, it was an all-around good experience dealing with McCafferty Kia. I leased the Cadenza at a great price and I absolutely love the car. The sales people were very helpful. I would definitely shop here again.

  I went in to look at my options in the 4 door family sedan segment. I was considering Toyota and Chevy but ended up picking up a new Optima because of the great experience I had with Al Buehler. Love the care and loved working with Al!

  We had a wonderful experience with trading in our leased Kia, Soul and went to a larger vehicle Sorrento due to an increase in our family with additional grandchild expected. We have to fit all of them in with cars eats. Delighted with Steve and your financial wizard Dan. They were gracious with a full tank of gas and went the extra step to get the car seat clean so no spots. I am so pleased with our vehicle with heated seats to face the change in the weather.

  Andrea Adams is the greatest and most ambitious and caring car selection specialist that I have dealt with in a long tim. She made sure the suv my husband and I picked fit us properly and also was able to secure financing for us as well. I would recommend her to friends and family.

  I leased a brand new Kia Forte 5 and I am loving it! Andrea was my sales lady and she was amazing! I truely recommend asking for her when you go there. She helped as much possible to not straight out get me having too pay an arm and leg for everything. She knows what she is talking about and doesn't make you feel like she is shuving a sale down your throat. She Also gas comforting energy! Couldn't ask for a person sales rep.

  I am very pleased to tell you that yesterday’s purchase of a new Kia Optima SX turbo was the best car buying experience I have had in my life. I am 59 years old and have purchased several cars for myself, my wife and my four children. However, my experience with your dealership and Dan Hoy was not just painless, it was actually pleasurable. Dan, was attentive, responsive and thoroughly professional. He is a credit to your organization. This young man displayed an expertise and skill level far beyond his years. The lack of nonsense and gamesmanship was refreshing. The direct, honest - but highly competitive way - that your company does business is truly welcomed. Further, I never expected him to drive the car, 45 minutes from Langhorne, PA to Cherry Hill, NJ just to accommodate us by providing the highest level of customer service possible.

  I wish I could give Fred Beans' KIA a million stars rating! EVERYONE there was phenomenal. From my salesman, Matt, to his supervisor, Gerry, to my finance specialist, Eliza, to meeting Fred Beans, himself, to all of the other salespeople cheering for me, to driving out in my new Forte, the experience was top notch in every way. I went in to price a new car in the future and left with a fabulous car tailored to my budget. I got the autographs of each of these wonderful people AND a group hug! I didn't want to let them go.
