  I could not have asked for a better experience start to finish. The reason was Lisa Sozio. Lisa was always available to answer questions no matter how small or large they were. She always guided me to what was best for me and my family. Lisa’s customer service was second to none. I wish there were more people like Lisa who take the time to listen and truly show that they care about me as a customer. Thanks again Lisa.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Lisa Sozio from Summit mortgage to obtain a mortgage for my new home. She made the process easy and worry free.   UPDATE: My wife and I refinanced our home with Lisa and guess what; same results! Lisa and team provided first class service by answering any little question we had in lightning fast time. The process was extremely smooth and before we knew it, we closed right after the holiday. I never encourage folks to work during the holidays, but Lisa and team worked so hard you would have never thought there was a holiday. Hats off again to her and the team for the great experience! Lisa and her team were absolutely, bar none, phenomenal. They always told us that home buying is supposed to be one of the most stressful times in life. But Lisa changed that dogma completely. She did such an unreal job from day one. There was never an instruction that was not clear. There was never an email or call that was not answered within the hour, regardless of time of day. No task that needed to be completed from our end could be considered "stressful". Best. Experience. Ever.

  Chris was very helpful and always willing to answer any questions I had. Made the process very simple and straightforward forward. I was having issues with looking for a refinance with other larger companies but having someone like Chris helping me with the refinance made me very happy. He was always quick to respond and very clear with all his answers made me more comfortable doing this.

  It took us five offers to finally settle on the house of our dreams but it was well worth the wait! I can not thank Lisa Sozio enough for working evenings and weekends (whenever I needed her).
