  After calling the main number to Inspire, I wasn’t sure if this was the place for me? However, after visiting the Langhorne branch directly, I am pleased with my choice. I cannot thank Lisa enough for all her kindness, compassion and efforts to get me enrolled as a member. Even during such a difficult time, she went above and beyond to make me feel important. Thank you, Lisa for being such a wonderful person/employee.

  Went in to join today. I was promptly greeted and received friendly quality customer service from Dhvani. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm happy with my decision to join.

  Inspire Federal Credit Union is great. They are always accommodating. I stopped in deposit money in my son’s account and Ryan told me it was customer appreciation day and I got a $10 Wawa gift card!! What an amazing day. Just stopped by on a whim!!!!

  I currently have a student loan with Inspire FCU. Due to being laid off, I am experiencing financial difficulty with my monthly payment. I have met with Jim and Brian and we have worked out a repayment plan that will allow me to make payments and get back on my feet. I really appreciate them taking the time out of their day to sit down and come up with a solution that works best for everyone. Not many executives would take time out of their day especially during Christmas Eve to meet and clear things up. I highly recommend this bank to anyone who is in the area. Thank you again Jim and Brian.

  If I could give them less then no stars I would . Their new system is complicated. I switched to inspire a month ago and I'm still having trouble using my PIN. Now they hold your money for a whole day when you deposit a check. Not even giving us a penny the day we put our check-in. They didn't like what I had to say over the phone but somebody's got to stand up and say something. I'm switching banks. TD Bank way better than inspire. I hope they go out of business ASAP !!!

  The best people with a such an awesome attitude and I love this bank. Banking with them for the past 10 to 11 years. They are my banking family. Thanks to Dhvani Palel always sharing her smile.

  Just opened a account with them 💘 it already the banker Barbara jo was helpfull and answered all my questions and conserens. Nice atmosphere better then the large corporate banks. If you have crappy credit they have secured LOC that with 500 down guarantee you a loan. They also have other services that normal banks offer.

  When you want to get locked out of your account and try to get in touch with someone to help, but all you get is a computer telling you it can't access account info and hangs up on you.. Then this is the bank for you!!!!! Thanks for screwing my weekend with my daughter Inspire....
