  Reliable and friendly service. My accountant prior to this was a sham. They never answered my calls and I had the IRS hunting me down for falsifying information. Unreal. Upgraded my accountant after that and found these guys through a recommendation. Nancy goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of - highly recommend.

  As a local business I always look in to use local businesses, went there with the idea that a professional would do my taxes correctly and it will be money well spent, so I met Elena Sanchez and She told me that her fee was over one hundred because she was there for a few years and all that good selling stuff but she didn't tell me that her boss also charges like $200/hr to check and review the paperwork, at the end of the process including some letters to the IRS they said it was necessary I paid $2700. Also she will give you her personal phone number so you can call her with any questions any time but careful because she is charging you for all those questions every time you call her A few years later I started getting letters from the IRS for some questions they had and that they needed some more documents, I went back to them and they would charge me again so just walked out of the office and spent days dealing with the IRS my self sending documents and on the phone with them paid fines until everything was taken care of.

  They are very thorough but very expensive. They do good work but will nickel and dime you for every interaction. Watch your invoices closely.
