  Franklin Finance was fair for the most part. Yes, I paid a little more for my financing. I also didn't have the best credit and needed a car. Missed a payment and no one harassed me. Car is now paid off.

  This place will give you a loan but in the end break you in interest. STAY AWAY you could $3,000 toward your loan but only $1,100 of it go to the principle and the rest is interest. Unless you want to pay $10,000 more for a car than you want than go here but STAY AWAY PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND SCAM!

  Ilean called me and left a voice mail. Due to me being an office administrator for a very busy facility, I returned a missed call without listening to voicemail previously left by Ilean. This has to be the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She did not state her reason for calling, she asked a serious of personal questions without clarifying the reason for questioning. Once I questioned her, she became very rude! Her rudeness was to a point of no return. Due to Ilean, I will not ever utilize Franklin Financial, and I advise others to go else were for an auto loan. Ilean is located at the Milwaukee location. I deal with clients, customers, and others on a daily basis. I completely understand how some people may respond differently. Ilean should not be allowed to represent no one's company ever!

  Interest rates are illegal go elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!!
