  Impeccable service! Artiola and the manager, Brian, took excellent care of me during my recent visit and they’ve both been extremely helpful in every way! They’ve both gone above and beyond to meet my banking needs and have made the entire account set up process simple and smooth! Thanks for the great banking experience BMO Harris-Cudahy!

  Very disappointed with the management of the BMO Harris Bank 4677 S Packard Ave. Waited 40 minutes in drive-up line. They only had one regular lane and one commercial lane open. Vehicles at the end of the line were pulling up going through the commercial lane because the wait was so long.They were bypassing all those who had been waiting longer. I can’t blame them! Also, with the bank lobby being closed customers were walking up standing in line in between vehicles in the drive-up. Very dangerous for the customers!! Nothing done by staff until I asked if they could help out the others behind me.You would think the staff would be better prepared on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend.

  The service is perfectly fine, but you need to budget like half an hour at the drive through lane even if no one else is there. Slowest bank I've ever been to and no idea why it takes so long.

  Up until a year ago this bank had friendly staff, knowledgeable staff, and quick service. Now the wait is over 10min in a usual visit. I’m writing this review and have been waiting in the drive thru for over 20min. This should not be happening especially during a time period they are usually less busy according to google wait times.

  GO TO TO THE OAK CREEK BRANCH! I would give zero stars if possible - I have had a couple different interactions with the branch manager, Brian, and he is a smug, self-important, poor excuse for a leader of a bank. He wasn't "able" (read that as willing or knowledgeable enough) to provide a very basic request - but the Oak Creek branch was able to do what was asked in a matter of minutes, without question and with a smile on their faces.

  If you have all day to spend there you may like it. Your money may be super protected but personally I don’t like to feel like a criminal especially while trying to cash a simple stimulus check.

  my go to bank! friendly. homey. but no, i don’t carry my debit card so plz stop asking and just use my ID as verification. ; )
