  Do not buy from here. You’ll regret it after you sign , they don’t stand behind doing what they say they will do. This is a common grounds area behind my property. Been passed to 4 different people about getting this taken care of , it’s been almost a month and it still makes my hard earned money look like trash. So stay away if you can.

  Need to fix their CENTER LOOP DRIVE AROUND @ the front,the gravel everywhere is dangerous. A curd would be way better and more appealing. Need a light to light up the entrance to the road and light up the main road in(safety).

  Jarod Hale showed us a few houses and we just love him. He helped my son purchase his 1st home and it was very difficult due to student loan and debt ratio but he did not give up and he got us a lender that did not give up and in the end everything was successfully. Few would work so hard. Even his Mother helped us before it was over. He truly used all resources. The house is still a wonderful home and now we need another one. Thanks so much.

  They are okay. The homes are built extremely quickly, cheap and leave a lot to be desired when making the decision to buy a home. Yeah, they're "cheap" but in the long run, you are paying alot more for these homes. Save your money and put it down on a house you dont feel like you're compromising on.

  Do you own one of our homes? We offer affordable housing for people wanting out of rentals! Everyone deserves a shot at home ownership and a lot of first time home buyers need the safety net of a warranty. We love that we offer a 2-10 warranty to every home owner! Not sure how in the long run you pay a lot more for our homes, but I would love to assist if you own one of our homes and are needing something addressed!
