  I have never felt more welcome or at home than this banking branch has made me feel and I’ve banked at plenty of small town banks and credit unions. They have a knowledgeable, helpful, efficient staff at this location and think on it no more, go and open an account you’ll be sad you didn’t do it sooner!!!

  Our loan officer, Amy Chambless, was professional and knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed with her kindness and patience with us. Considering my husband and I were both recently diagnosed with cancer, Amy was caring and helpful beyond measure. Focus is fortunate to have her.

  While I worked for the State of Oklahoma, I taught customer service. I also was a member of a year-long process improvement team wherein we taught our district offices customer service quality improvement. Knowing the three fundamental tenants of customer service to be courtesy, helpfulness and timeliness I must compliment Lisa Tapia on her ability to help me today. She alerted me to all my options. She helped me advance my idea of getting my MasterCard limit raised to a more appropriate level to its logical conclusion. The young lady has a polished customer service presence on the phone. It was a pleasure working with her. As a 35-year FOCUS member, I am proud she works for us. More importantly, I am happy I was able to interact with her in getting my goal met so quickly today.

  I put in a request for an auto loan fully expecting to be told no, like I always have been before. Within an hour Lisa, loan officer, called me back and chatted with me like I was an old friend. Not only did she get me preapproved for a car for my daughter, she also went above and beyond and helped with other financial issues. Before it was all done we had transferred my balances from high interest credit cards to a much lower interest card through MasterCard AND refinanced my other car loan for a much lower interest rate saving me thousands of dollars over the long run! Lisa stayed in touch to make sure everything ran smoothly. I feel like I made a new BFF! I love Focus and love Lisa for making my financial life better. She really has a passion for finance and educating people on what will make their scores higher. It’s hard to run across people that love their jobs and their customers enough to treat them like family but that’s just what she does! Highly recommend Lisa for all of your loan needs.
