  Doesn't matter if they are busy or not I have had to wait an hour or more to get things done. Everything cannot be done through ATM and there are times when I request documents online, the response is to visit the local branch. I have had no problem with multiple other branches that I have used, this particular branch has this problem- every time I have visited this branch.

  Bank of America has been a major disappointment the last year or so . Been a customer for years and the service just gets worse and worse. Branches are always closed without notice and somehow all the other banks in the area ( BB&T , Regions etc ) manage to stay open despite Covid etc . My wife went to 5 different locations before she could find one that was open , and then had to stand in line for 45 minutes because they only had 2 tellers . Were ready to move on from BOA .

  As with all branches you are probably going to have to wait in line if you arrive during peak times. But as long as you make an appointment in advance you can usually talk to someone right away if it's about your account. They do probably need more bank reps on site here but the guy who helped me out was great and got a new credit card shipped the next day. And BOA had already credited me $1000 for lost funds, when they didn't even have to which really bailed me out of a very bad situation, so far as i'm concerned they are all right in my book!

  I have used several other locations and states but never ever faced issues. 1. Always server down 2. Late running appointments 3. Horrible waiting 4. Not friendly customer service 5. I love BANK OF AMERICA otherwise would have closed all my accounts

  No matter if there is someone in this location or not, I always seem to wait 10 to 15 min to get done what I need done. Will be pulling my business from this location.

  Despicable! My teenage son got a check for $150 from his grandmother for his birthday. He was charged $8.00 to cash the check despite the fact that the check was drawn from their bank. It's for this reason and others listed in the reviews that I refuse to do business with this branch in the future. Absolute scum!

  I always go to this branch if I need to visit BOA since I moved to here from a foreign country. My English sucks. However, a young gentleman at there is always very patient and helps me work out my request.
