  I have recently got to know about Joe while searching for best loan options. He has tremendous knowledge and understands the customer needs to provide with the right kind of loan options and best rates. I am always informed well about various available rates to choose from. There were precise instructions on the required documentation for loan processing. He and his team works hard to ensure that the loan gets processed on time. Within 2 days , he got my appraisal and also conditional approval . In about 2 weeks , he got the loan approved and got me ready for closing.   We recently worked with Joe on our refinance. He was prompt and always available. He found the best deal for us, we shopped another lender & broker. We had issues with the lender (not due to Joe or us) and Joe made sure to accommodate and address immediately the best he could to not inconvenience further.   First connected with Joe during "shopping for loan" phase, he assisted me in comparing the other quotes that i received and after thorough review, he suggested me to go with big bank based on my workplace benefits. After 1 mth , the big bank denied the loan due to some policy related to immigration and had only few days left for closing. I connected back to Joe on advice and assistance in this critical moment. He assured me that he will try his best to expedite and close on time. He provided me with best rates. Within a day , he got the appraisal and underwriter conditional approval . In less than a week , he got the loan approved and was ready for closing.I would highly recommend Joe for your future loan needs.

  I recently bought the house and joe was my mortgage broker. I am self employed and I don't think I would have closed the loan if JOE was not there. For last 6 weeks he has provided us 24 - 7 customer service. He has stayed on phone with me till 10:00 pm to make sure I understand the requirements set by lenders. You don't get that type of service from big bank. They don't answer the call after 5:30 pm. Few time I felt that Joe is asking too many documents for no reason but believe me it is not the Joe who needs all the document, it is lender who has to follow strict guidelines set by the government. As far as interest rates are concern, I compared Joe's estimates with 6 other lender and broker and no one was even close to what he had offered me. Before you select broker / lender make sure you obtain good faith estimates and compare it line by line. There are many areas where lender/broker can give you lower interest rates but charges higher fees on many other line items on good faith estimates. Please don't fall for that, compare it carefully because it can be thousands of dollar of savings. I am self employed and I am bargain hunter. I am glad I made decision to go with Joe for my new house. I will recommend his service for anyone buying new house, investment property or refinancing their old house.

  I personally highly recommend Joe Adsit as a Mortgage Loan Originator. We just close a home. He has given us not only a excellent rate (I compared his rate with 4 other quotations before start) but also it was very smooth. He was extremely responsive and timely with questions and guidance. I found him very honest and straight forward. I already start referring him to my close friends. I would recommend him to anyone who wants excellent experience to buying a home.

  Joe and Theresa were AMAZING to work with. We had a bit of a unique situation purchasing our first home with a VA loan and they were incredibly helpful, patient and thorough from start to finish.
