  Customer service could have been ALOT better.... Went here instead of going to my usual Founders on Main St. and let's just say I should've stuck with main st. I came in expecting the same friendly service I receive from other Founders yet left unsatisfied and uninformed. I spoke with Tambra who gave cold dry service the ENTIRE time during my meeting with her. She did not greet me or my child. I would of never known her name if it wasn't on her desk. This service wasn't helpful at all basically a useless credit check on my report because she didn't even tell me what steps I should take next. I do not recommend! I will certainly stick with my home Founders from now on.

  I never expected to receive the same cold and uncaring service one might expect from a national banking institution, but lo and behold, that is the exact type of service I have gotten from this establishment. They have been nothing short of heartless in their dealings with me, and I can say definitively that I will not be using their "services" ever again. I left Bank of America after 11 years, only to face the same kind of inconsiderate and utterly heartless practices from a "local" organization. I would recommend avoiding them if you are making any serious considerations about your future financial institution.

  Worst customer service at a bank! No one smiles! No one even acknowledges you. They roll their eyes at you as well!! I was thinking about joining with my husband i will never now!!
