  Everyone in the office, Niki, Terry and Trina were all great and met me with a smile anything they could do to help me they were there. I must give a special thanks to Niki who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and gave me sound advice, she was not only professional and friendly but made me feel at ease throughout the complete process.

  Trina and Niki are literally the absolute best! I have my car financed through them , when I tell y’all I’ve never had better customer service, HANDS DOWN; I will always do business with them! Had a bad experience with dumb regional finance and Trina and niki helped me get rid of them!!! If y’all need help, GO SEE MY GIRLS!!!!

  Went this morning and was blown away by Niki. Let me throw this out there the Cheraw branch is nothing compared to this hidden jewel. Nicki helped my husband and I understand everything and was very forthcoming about everything. She nor the employee was bothered by my son roaming around. Definitely recommend this branch. If you are in need of help when life occurs try Nicki at 1st Franklin before anyone else, you will not be disappointed.

  The staff are great they will really work with you if you needing a certain amount of money and they will tell you the trueth straight up. I've used 1st Franklin for about over a 1year and a half now and never had a problem They like honest and they know we are all humans sometimes money is hard to acquire on a certain day all they ask is that you call them and talk to them dont do a no call no date kinda thing like I said they will work with you ibl recommended them cause they have helped me and helped me build my credit up too
