  This is the result of my experience I wanted to personally thank Mr. Felipe Celis for an exceptional refinancing experience. When I started the process of refinancing my home, I looked at several mortgage companies and chose Foundation Mortgage because they were responsive, which took me only exactly 1 month, from the day I I got the first call they worked with us to achieve what I was trying to do and they were very honest. Its electronic method of processing and closing was easy and much faster than most of the others. Felipe worked throughout this process, he did an excellent job. He was attentive to my needs and most importantly he answered his phone or called me as soon as he could when I had questions. He intervened when necessary to resolve any issues that resulted from this process. Excellent service and communication, I will recommend it if you are thinking of refinancing. .   When I started the process of refinancing my home I looked at several mortgage companies and I picked Foundation Mortgage because they were responsive, worked with me to accomplish what I was trying to do, and were very honest about what they could do and not do. Their electronic method of processing and closing was easy and much faster then most others. Zack, the mortgage broker that worked with me throughout this process did an excellent job. He was attentive to my needs and most important he answered his phone or called me back as soon as he could whenever I had questions. He stepped in when necessary to resolve any issues that occurred as quickly as possible.

The relay of information was very smooth and he always calls to wish me a happy Friday and give me a detailed update on the progress of my loan.   I wanted to thank Nick Andrews personally for an exceptional refinance experience. I met Nick by chance as I was already working with another company and when I pulled my credit with another organization his team reached out and introduced themselves. What I appreciated about this experience is that everything he told me was accurate from the interest rate, closing costs, and fees were 100% as promised. My only regret is that I called other companies only to find out that everything Nick said was truthful and the rate was the best I could get. Everything Nick told me he provided in writing and was honest and genuinely cared about my outcome and worked with me to make this happen. I am working with him and his partners now do a home equity loan and couldn't be more pleased with the experience.   You can definitely trust in Foundation Mortgage! Felipe Celis was awesome from the beginning to the closing date. The whole process was smooth and very clear which took me only exactly 29days from the day I received the first call (Sep22nd.) to yesterday (Oct21st) when I signed my Closing documents. This was my 1st time I was refinancing a mortgage so it was key to have somebody explaining all process from current lender service to a new one. #Felipe_Celis #Foundation_Mortgage

His honest and calm voice gave me something I have not found in other agents I was dealing with late in January.
