  I love going to Foundation Credit Union. Whether I go into the lobby or access the drive-thru I’m always (and I mean always) greeted with a smile, and they are always happy to help me. Elsie is one of my favorite tellers. She calls me by name, knows my likes and dislikes, and is so easy to work with. She is hardworking and professional, with an approach that puts you right at ease. My wife and I have our accounts, home loan and car loans through Foundation and they have really been flexible with meeting our needs.( Even when times were tough) We shop around for services and they consistently have great rates and above and beyond service. It’s really rare to find a legitimately customer oriented business anymore, but for years and years we’ve trusted Foundation Credit Union, and they’ve never disappointed us.

  I've had a couple loans through Foundation and everyone there is so helpful and quick! The one that stands out the most is Nicole Hopkins! She's the best loan officer ever and able to work around my crazy schedule and weird situations. Do yourself a favor and switch to them or at the very least just ask for Nicole and she will tell you the best way to get something done! I couldn't be more pleased.

  I have been banking at Foundation Credit Union for years. They are the most helpful and kind staff around! Sierra is usually the one who takes care of our requests. She always has a smile and is more than happy to meet our needs. Everyone there knows us by name. They are professional and always willing to answer questions or find the answer if they don't know. It is a small town feel in a bigger city.! Thank you Foundation Credit Union!

  I love this credit union. Nicole Hopkins is awsome. The whole team has great customer service. I love that every time I am there they know my name and are so friendly. If you want to truly support local this is the place you need to do business with. If you need a loan be sure and ask for Nicole Hopkins.

  Foundation Credit Union has always served my needs well. I have been a member longer than many of the staff have been alive. Elsie usually is at the drive through window when I go to Foundation. She is friendly, courteous and professional. Elsie has never made a mistake on my dealings. Foundation is lucky to have her as an employee.

  My husband and I LOVE and appreciate FCR! Everyone is always friendly and ready to help. This week Nicole offered to help my husband and I find a plausible solution to some financial woes we were experiencing due to unforeseen circumstances. Not only did she "save" us, but she made sure to share all options available, explain everything, and she made the process quick and painless. We highly recommend Foundation Credit Union.

  Nicole is the bees knees. She's taken care of a few of my loans and has done exceptional well. The staff is friendly. The rates are great. Great group of people! 10/10 would recommend.

  My husband and I have had 2 loans with Foundation and they are amazing! Nicole Hopkins is our loan officer and she has stuck by us in some hard times and helped us get through. We are so grateful for Foundation, wish there were more banks like them!
