Even though we refinanced during a period of rate volatility, the process was seamless due to the great team at Fortis. They helped us reduce our 30-yr rate significantly at almost no cost, provided us the best deal vs. 2 other brokers, and facilitated a <15 day close. Jim took the time to answer our detailed questions, even after hours.
