  Madeline helped us close a loan on our first home! It was a lengthy process since it was a new build but she was consistently checking in and answering any questions we had. She was on top of everything, she made closing this loan on time, easy, and as stress free as possible. Her and her team were prompt, quick to respond, and overall very friendly. Since it was a home that wasn’t complete yet, she was continuously monitoring rates, to ensure we would get the best rate possible (thank goodness cause they went up shortly after locking ours in). I would 100% work with Madeline and her team again and will be referring all my friends and family to her. And if all that wasn’t enough, she is the absolute sweetest and kindest person to speak with. My fiancé has an usual work schedule, but that didn’t matter. She would answer questions I had at the weirdest hours as soon as she could. And she would get on phone calls with us to make sure we understood everything or if we had any questions.

  People's home buying experiences perhaps are different from each other in one way or another. Looking back at my first home buying experience, I am amazed that Madeline and her team actually played THE most crucial part in the process. Madeline literally went above and beyond as a loan officer and helped me to tackle non-financial related issues. She is very experienced and very well connected in the greater realm of real estate business. When situations came up, she was able to bring up appropriate solutions. Communication was always prompt and smooth. She is very friendly and she cares. I can't recommend enough. Thank you, Madeline and your team.

  We have worked with Madeline and her team twice in our home purchase. Madeline is detailed, patient and so on top of the process. We knew that our closing would be smooth with her help, and it was.   Madeline was a great loan officer to work with, and I'd recommend her to anyone. She communicated many different loan options upon pre-approval and was able to provide me with individualized estimates for different condos I was looking at since many variables were at play week by week (HOA's, and interest rates being very turbulent q2 '22). She was also able to vet the condo buildings prior to putting offers down in a competitive market to give me more confidence in making aggressive offers.

  Madeline was extremely professional and responsive. Her team, including Hailey responds fast (within a couple hours). In addition, Madeline is clear, honest and patient. I think this is especially important since lenders are often trying to close and will sent short/curt emails.

  Madeline was prompt, professional and personal. She was able to help us quickly even though our needs were fairly unconventional. The big online mortgage brokers weren’t creative or experienced enough to help us but Madeline made it all happen.   Madeline was great from start to finish. I do not know a ton about finances and my wife is a CPA, so Madeline had a broad range of audience to describe things to but I found that she was able to make the process very clear to me while also being able to address questions that my wife had. She was very responsive to all of our questions and was well tuned into our home buying process throughout the purchase and was able to give a quick turnaround on everything that was required of her. Madeline was recommended to us by our real estate agent and after working with her I know why.
