  I worked with Roy and he was great and very attentive to all my needs as far as the home buying process. He worked so diligently that he was able to close my loan in less than a month and that was a VA loan I would recommend anybody looking to buy a home to work with this company they were great.

  I wish I would never have given this place my business. They don’t care about the people they serve. They are very aggressive about their sale and that’s all they are concerned with. In my refinance experience they pushed signing and the closing without having the proper documents, then they put pressure on me to get them the documents all the way to the funding day into the night. Making me agree that I would get them the documents ‘because no other lender would do this for me’ and then they held the recording until I agreed TWICE by email. -because in my first email I expressed how disgusted I was... I let the ENTIRE team know how unhappy this made me. Several times I told my loan officer I was done. Just to have my emails and texts ignored. Their only response is ‘I’m doing you a favor.’ ‘How could you not understand and appreciate this?’ Their sales manager stopped taking my messages after we got to funding saying ‘I don’t always have my phone on’ and refused to forward my question to the TEAM. It was not worth the stress they caused. In the end my loan officer says she didn’t know why I was soo upset. ‘Tell me’. Then offered to write me a formal letter with her response. I regret signing with them.

  Financing is never fun, all the documents! APM was always supportive of us & helped us get through the process. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to friends.

  I worked with Michael Patterson before he came to APM when I bought my first house and wanted to work with him again because he was so great the first time. I found him, as well as the entire APM team, to be even more phenomenal than the first time I bought I house and I'm very glad I chose them. The whole team is responsive, fast, and incredibly knowledgeable. I didn't have to stress because they took such good care of me and helped me with every aspect of my financing and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. I would 100% work with them again in the future and recommend them to everyone I know who wants to buy a house!

  Rita really knows what she is doing - her experience and expertise made the process go smoothly. It was just great to know we were working with someone who had a deep understanding of the real estate and mortgage world, especially because there are so many other new companies and people trying to get into real estate who are less organized and less knowledgeable.   Rita and her team were amazing. They got me the best rate I have ever received, even beating out both of my Credit Unions, one which had my existing mortgage. She was able to get a rate that was more than 0.5% lower than the lowest rate others offered. As I was self employed, she walked me through all the necessary steps and even helped me edit my explanation for a recent drop in income. Would recommend her and her team to anyone looking to the lowest rates. She can also help with complex mortgage situations like being self employed.

  I recently completed a refinance of my home with Michael, I have never had a better experience. I have purchased and refinanced a number of homes since the 1980’s and this refi was, by far, the easiest ever. Michael is super responsive and his staff follows his lead. The process was accomplished via the American Pacific Mortgage app except for the signing of the final documents. I highly recommend Michael and his team!
