  Awful so far. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Awful customer service. We are in the 11th hour of this deal and now things are changing with my knowledge or consent. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Will tell everyone I work with or know that the commercials are all lies and to avoid you at all costs!

  i agreed to a refinance with a $7,000 loan cost, halfway thru I get a call from someone other than Jan, stating my loan will cost me another $1,200 or over $9,000. I of course said no, cancel this loan. I have yet to hear from Jan or anyone else. I have not received any correspondence since this bait and switch activity. I have tried to get an answer about this loan but nothing. I am working with another mortgage company now but my insurance believes that loandepot is my mortgagee?
